Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

  • All orders are shipped within 72 hours of order confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high order volumes, shipments may take a few extra days — we’ll keep you posted via email if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping across India is completely FREE.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we work hard to get your Oopsism tee to you fast.
  • We currently ship within India only.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • We ship via whichever logistics partner is best for your pin code.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number.
  • Tracking becomes active within 36 hours of shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All prices include GST as applicable by law.
  • Oopsism is not responsible for customs or other duties that may apply to your order. Any additional fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages in Transit

We pack every tee with care, but sometimes the courier isn’t as gentle as we’d like.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the product and packaging immediately.
  • Keep all packaging and damaged items until the claim is resolved.
  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim — we’ll guide you through the process.
  • Once the claim is verified, we’ll make sure you get a replacement or store credit, whichever you prefer.

We can’t always control what happens after the package leaves our warehouse, but we always have your back when things go wrong.

Usually within a few hours. Unless our team’s on a ladder fixing the print machine. Still… we get back real fast. We promise you that we won’t have an “Oops” moment.
