How do returns work?

If you’ve received a wrong, damaged, or defective item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send a few pictures of the product and packaging for verification.
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and process your request.
  • You can then choose either an exchange or a refund/store credit.

How do exchanges work?

We start with the good part — one free size exchange on every order. Because sometimes it fits in the head but not on the shoulders.

  • Raise a request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Keep the tee unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
  • Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets exchange criteria, we’ll swap it and send the new size your way — free of charge.
  • Request the exchange via your account or by contacting our support team.
  • Pick-up & verification: We’ll ensure the returned product meets exchange criteria.
  • Shipping the new size: The new size is shipped at no extra cost once approved.
  • Timing: Exchanges typically take 5–7 business days from request to delivery, depending on location.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are first issued as Oopsism Store Credit — instant, convenient, and usable across all future orders. To make it even better:
